Explore this beautiful part of Sligo  with an expert archaeologist guide, and hike up Knocknashee Mountain (hill of the fairies) to a bronze age (2500BC) hillfort site. You will hear all about the history and archaeology of the mountain and be rewarded with fantastic views of surrounding Sligo countryside from the cliff side! Knocknashee Trail

This trail is suitable for families. Duration: 2 hrs max, terrain: Track and uneven ground at top of plateau, grass mainly. Meet at Knocknashee Walk Start point near Lavagh, south Co. Sligo. Directions will be provided upon booking.

Cost: Adult: 25 euros, Child : 10 euros.
