Looking for things to do in Sligo for the May Bank Holiday Weekend? Join us on a special trail on horseback by the the waters edge of Sligo’s Wild Atlantic Way. You do not need much experience for this horse ride but it is better if you can trot.  You will be accompanied by Auriel (Archaeologist and Heritage Guide) and a riding guide and you can relax, sit back and take in the fabulous scenery and fresh sea air.We start at a cute family run stable yard and you will meet your horse, then saddle up and head off down a country lane to sand dunes leading to a gorgeous beach. The views of the coast and mountains behind are stunning. You will feel completely refreshed after your experience. A suitable horse will be chosen for you so no need to worry about anything!

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Time: RIDE START TIME 2PM. Meet at stables at c. 1.30pm. Allow for drive time from Sligo Town of 25 mins

Please arrive on time as you have to sign an indemnity form and get your hat and boots on, these are provided by the stables unless you want to bring your own.
