$5.00 – $20.0017th March- St. Patricks Day- Before St. Patrick ever came to Ireland, the country was Pagan.. people had different beliefs. We would like to tell you more about these pagans, where they lived, how they survived long ago and where they buried their dead. Walk with us through a magnificent mountainous landscape in South County Sligo. Explore karst limestone valleys and ridges where 5000-year-old tombs are situated overlooking beautiful Lough Arrow. Your Archaeologist guide will provide with fascinating facts about the tombs, the people who built them and what the excavations produced. Complimentary tea/coffee and treats afterwards al fresco.
Duration- c. 2 hrs

Terrain- Rocky track, bog, some height- 300 metres.
